Enxsys is seeking a creative Growth Marketer to help launch and grow a B2B SaaS product for the US market. You will work closely with the founder, bringing strategic thinking, fresh ideas, and a bias for action to turn opportunities into paying customers.

This role emphasizes independent ideation, campaign execution, and a willingness to experiment across channels, partnerships, and content formats like videos, webinars, and educational posts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Experience helping early-stage products acquire customers.
• Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently develop ideas and execute campaigns.
• Experience in founder-led marketing, organic growth, or community building.
