Job summary

Tkxel, a leading software development company, seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to shape global demand generation and growth from Lahore. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and content channels with a data-driven focus on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.

You will collaborate with product, sales, content, and design teams to optimize landing pages and funnels, and drive analytics, CRO, and reporting to demonstrate impact across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven ownership of paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on SEO experience covering technical, on-page, and content-led organic growth.
• Working command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive) for segmentation and nurturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage B2B demand generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
• Develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Develop and optimize lead generation funnels from first touch through MQL/SQL/opportunity stages.
• Manage content distribution across website, social media, email, search, and AI-driven channels.
• Build and optimize landing pages and conversion journeys, testing messaging and audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, attribution, CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to show marketing impact.
• Collaborate with content, creative, product, and development teams to launch campaigns and adopt new tools.
