Job summary

Tkxel LLC is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute integrated marketing plans from planning through paid and organic channels. You will drive demand generation, SEO, and content distribution, collaborating with product, design, and sales teams to generate pipeline.

You will own landing page optimization, email nurture, and analytics, using GA4, GTM, and CRM tools to measure impact and improve conversion across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven ownership of paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including budget management and optimization.
• Hands-on SEO experience covering technical, on-page, and content-led organic growth.
• Working command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console for tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing landing pages and conversion journeys, with a testing-led CRO approach.
• Strong written and verbal English, with experience marketing to international audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Plan and manage B2B demand generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
• Develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Develop and optimize lead generation funnels from first touch through MQL, SQL, and opportunity stages.
• Manage content distribution across website, social media, email, and AI-driven channels.
• Build and optimize landing pages, conversion journeys, and campaigns to improve conversion.
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns, including segmentation and nurturing.
• Monitor campaign performance, attribution, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
