People Perfect is seeking a Sales Executive in Karachi to drive B2B sales of industrial equipment and engineering solutions. The role focuses on air compressors, vacuum pumps, and related machinery, building strong corporate client relationships and delivering compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial markets, excellent communication, and proven closing abilities.

Formación

2-3 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales.
Experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or MBA.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions to corporate clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and offers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to growth.
