People Perfect in Islamabad is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of industrial equipment and engineering solutions, including air compressors and vacuum pumps. The role emphasizes developing new business with corporate clients, delivering technical proposals, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of B2B industrial sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective industrial solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales.
Proven experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions.
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to understand technical product requirements and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions, including air compressors and vacuum pumps.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
