People Perfect is hiring a Sales Executive for a leading engineering and industrial solutions company in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of B2B industrial equipment sales experience, with a focus on air compressors, vacuum pumps, and related machinery. You will develop new business, present solutions, and close deals while earning a 1% sales commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline.
• 2–3 years of B2B industrial equipment sales experience.
• Proven experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions, including air compressors and vacuum pumps.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
