Exlevel Solutions LLC FZ in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a Marketing & Sales Support Lead to own the B2B lead generation and sales support strategy, driving pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue contribution across marketing and sales.

You will plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and manage SEO/website performance, design the sales funnel, and supervise a small team while tracking metrics and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales support, with 1+ year managing a team
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Working knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Understanding of the sales cycle, lead qualification, and quotation and RFQ processes
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Responsabilités

• Own B2B lead generation and sales support strategy, driving pipeline growth and revenue contribution across marketing and sales.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage SEO and website performance, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and landing page conversion.
• Design and manage the sales funnel, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows in the CRM.
• Run outbound campaigns: LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and database building.
• Support the sales team with pitch decks, product catalogs, proposals, and quotation templates.
• Track the lead-to-deal pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and report on conversion at each stage.
• Set sales and lead targets for the team and monitor achievement.
• Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and partner and vendor events.
• Set up tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Supervise marketing executives and coordinate with sales executives.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors.
• Deliver monthly performance reports covering leads, pipeline, and closed revenue
