Job summary

Techloset Solutions in Faisalabad is seeking a B2B Lead Generation Expert to drive outbound growth and LinkedIn outreach, identifying decision-makers and building targeted prospect lists for AI-driven solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, craft compelling outreach, and refine messaging based on performance. English communication must be strong, and prior AI/ SaaS experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiar with prospecting/outreach tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
• Strong written communication and persuasion in English.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or tech is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to own the full outreach cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage targeted prospect lists of high-potential leads for AI solutions.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Find, reach, and follow up with prospects using Sales Navigator and email tools.
• Nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Refine outreach messaging based on performance data.
• Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
