Job summary

Emplois Career in Karachi is seeking a driven, tech-savvy sales professional to manage outbound campaigns and drive revenue growth. You will turn cold leads into closed deals via cold email and calls with clients across North America, Europe, and the GCC.

The role is hybrid with working hours 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Salary ranges PKR 80,000–100,000 per month plus commission, plus quarterly incentives and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on B2B/IT sales experience (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and confident verbal English
• Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to achieve quarterly sales targets

Responsibilities

• Mine high-intent leads using The AI GTM System for Go-to-Market Teams | Apollo
• Build and manage cold email campaigns using Smartlead and Mailchimp
• Handle inbox replies and convert prospects into booked discovery calls
• Conduct sales calls and close deals with clients across North America, Europe, and the GCC
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and track campaign performance
