Cloud Rexpo Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified leads by reaching out to businesses in the USA and Canada and pitching our Virtual Assistant services.

You will identify decision-makers, overcome gatekeepers, and secure Zoom appointments for the closing team, while maintaining proactive follow-ups and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision-makers in target accounts and reach out to them.
• Pitch our Virtual Assistant (VA) services to business owners in the US and Canada.
• Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure appointment conversion.
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify competitive advantages.
