Job summary

10Pearls is seeking an Associate – Talent Allocation with 0–1 year of experience to support the Talent Allocation team. The role focuses on resource allocation across projects, maintaining bench status, and coordinating with PMs, delivery and talent teams to ensure accurate profiles and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in resource management, development, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, CS or engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates with internship in HR are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership and time management.
• Basic understanding of technology and software stacks.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Allocation in managing resource allocation across projects.
• Maintain and update resource availability, bench status, skills, and deployment info.
• Identify suitable internal resources against project requirements.
• Prepare and format resource profiles for client submissions.
• Coordinate with employees, Project Managers, Delivery Managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Track resources rolling off projects and keep bench readiness status.
• Follow up on interviews, profile feedback and allocation decisions.
• Assist in arranging technical evaluations and mock interviews for bench resources.
• Ensure resource information and project requirements are documented accurately.
• Respond to stakeholder queries regarding resource status and allocation updates.
