Job summary

Motive is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.

You will partner with leaders to implement performance processes, coach on feedback and development, ensure policy consistency, and analyze HR metrics to inform decisions. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–4 years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 3–4 years HR generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Partner with leaders to implement performance management processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes to staff.
• Develop and interpret HR policies and procedures for the business.
• Track HR metrics and report to senior management.
