CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking an Associate IT Support Officer to join the IT team in Lahore. You will provide first-line support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and help maintain network infrastructure across the organization.

The role involves rotational shifts (morning/afternoon/evening/night) and opportunities for bi-annual bonuses, with extensive on-the-job training and career growth within CureMD.

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology is required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer focus.

Job Overview

As a vital part of CureMD’s IT team, the Associate IT Support Officer will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Acting as the first line of support, this role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of CureMD’s LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor system performance and configurations to maintain network security and stability.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to IT workflow enhancements.
• Assist in hardware procurement and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory through the designated software portal.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and IT security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented IT support environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users and collaborate with IT teams.

Shift timings will be rotational (morning/afternoon/evening/night shifts).
