CureMD Corporation is seeking an Associate IT Support Officer to join its IT team in Lahore. The role focuses on first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

The successful candidate will install and troubleshoot Windows and macOS, assist in LAN/WAN and wireless network administration, and collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve escalated issues while contributing to security and workflow

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and IT security best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented IT support environment.

Job Overview:

As a vital part of CureMD’s IT team, the Associate IT Support Officer will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations. Acting as the first line of support, this role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
