Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with full-cycle focus.
• Experience recruiting for executive and specialized roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset and collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with goal orientation.
• Experience using ATS with thorough record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical competencies, soft skills, and fit using structured evaluation techniques.
• Employ advanced sourcing strategies across channels to identify active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
• Coordinate interview logistics to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle with a positive candidate experience.
• Promote diverse, inclusive hiring aligned with organizational goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify staffing needs and align recruitment with objectives.
• Maintain accurate ATS records of candidate interactions and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Represent CureMD at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices.
