CureMD Corporation in Lahore is seeking a motivated Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruiting efforts across functions. You will source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates while partnering with hiring managers.

This role requires 1–2 years in talent acquisition, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong English communication. You’ll help build an inclusive, performance-driven pipeline supporting global healthcare tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for executive and specialized roles.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments using structured evaluation techniques.
• Employ advanced sourcing strategies across channels to identify active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and craft effective job descriptions.
• Coordinate interview logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle with a positive, inclusive approach.
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices within the recruitment process.
• Maintain ATS records and analyze recruitment metrics for improvement.
• Stay updated on labor market trends to inform recruiting strategies.
• Represent CureMD at job fairs and recruitment events for brand messaging.
