Job summary

iGate Technologies Pakistan is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of PMS, KPI frameworks, L&D, employee engagement and overall organizational effectiveness in alignment with our strategic vision.

You will coordinate performance cycles, assist in rolling out PMS company-wide, develop KPIs with department heads, lead learning programs, support OD change initiatives and build analytics dashboards to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR/OD/L&D roles.
• Hands-on experience in PMS implementation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve PMS, KPI frameworks, and L&D initiatives.
• Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) across departments.

The Manager - Organizational Development (OD) will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives. The role focuses on Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI frameworks, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management System (PMS)
• Assist in the implementation and company-wide rollout of PMS.
• Coordinate performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
• Ensure timely completion of appraisals across departments.
• Support KPI setting, alignment, and periodic reviews.
• Facilitate performance calibration sessions with leadership.
• Generate performance reports and insights for decision-making.
• KPI Development & Monitoring
• Work with department heads to develop and refine KPIs.
• Ensure KPIs are aligned with business objectives and are measurable.
• Track and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Highlight performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Learning & Development (L&D)
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Develop and implement annual training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Organizational Development
• Support OD initiatives, including organizational structuring and process improvements.
• Assist in change management and transformation projects.
• Contribute to building a performance-driven culture.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics.
• Employee Engagement & Satisfaction
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys.
• Analyze feedback and support action planning.
• Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture.

Requirements
