Design change management programs, implement leadership development frameworks, conduct organizational assessments, and drive culture transformation across our Islamabad and Rawalpindi operations.

Partner with senior leadership on strategic OD initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Business Administration, 48 months professional experience, advanced organizational development manager expertise with proven track record in change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
