Job summary

Igate Technologies is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to design, implement, and continuously improve performance management, KPI frameworks, and development programs. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, OD initiatives, and a culture of high performance aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

Responsibilities include coordinating PMS cycles, developing KPI metrics, leading L&D programs, and building HR dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in HR/OD/L&D roles.
• Hands-on experience in PMS implementation is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and rolling out PMS across the company.
• Coordinate performance cycles and ensure timely appraisals.
• Develop and monitor KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead L&D initiatives, Training Needs Analysis, and annual training plans.
• Support OD initiatives including organizational structuring and change management.
