Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager-HR (Islamabad) to lead employee relations and guide management on HR policies. The role focuses on handling grievances, coaching managers, and ensuring confidential, accurate HR records and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in HR/Business/Management and at least six years of relevant experience, including two years in a related capacity, with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality in a dynamic health network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a related capacity.
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations, grievances, complaints, and workplace concerns.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and management on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Support employee counseling, disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and investigations.
• Maintain confidential employee relations records and case documentation.
• Promote effective communication, employee engagement, recognition, morale, and retention.
• Support managers in resolving employee relations and workplace issues.
• Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in improving HR systems, processes, and programs.
• Coordinate HR activities with relevant departments and provide team support.
• Participate in HR projects and perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
• Ensure all HR activities are handled with confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.
