The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's talent acquisition function to ensure the timely fulfillment of workforce requirements. The role oversees recruitment planning, job advertisement management, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, selection processes, offer issuance, onboarding, credentialing, and clinical privileges management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and defined recruitment timelines. It also maintains accurate recruitment records, monitors hiring metrics, and ensures efficient documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. In addition, the role supports employee relations by addressing HR-related concerns, managing disciplinary documentation, maintaining attendance registration, and ensuring accurate workforce headcount reporting. The Assistant Manager also promotes diversity and inclusion in recruitment, coordinates organizational orientation programs, contributes to organizational development initiatives, prepares recruitment reports, and provides leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment operations and continuous organizational improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or a related field. Candidates with Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience .
