Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in sales management and channel partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products and cross-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive sales and achieve targets for home loans and cross-selling.
• Retain and expand customer base for home loan and LAP channels to generate repeat business.
• Build and manage relationships with DSA/Direct Sales/CA/builders to maximize APFs and market penetration.
• Lead sales planning and team management to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Audit/NHB regulations and internal policies.
