Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management or similar leadership role.
• Experience in financial services, housing finance or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a sales team and work towards targets.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance and improve the overall sales process.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Set sales targets and track team performance.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to improve conversions and customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share performance insights with management.
