Job summary

People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) seeks a Regional Head – Retail Sales for the Sialkot region to lead sales growth for our Takaful and Investment retail business. You will expand distribution, mentor large teams, and build strong relationships with HNWIs, SMEs, and corporate clients.

The role requires a master's degree and 6–8 years in retail sales/business development, including 2–3 years in senior leadership within financial services. A strategic, results-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from a recognized institution.
• 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in retail sales/business development, including 2-3 years in senior leadership within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance / Takaful.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, business expansion, and large-scale team leadership.
• Strong connections across retail, affluent, corporate, SME, and HNWI segments.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Strong market understanding and customer relationship capabilities
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen

Responsibilities
