Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Arabic-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of three years of experience to join our sales team. This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation, utilizing strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to engage target accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will manage the sales pipeline diligently through CRM tools, meet rigorous monthly and quarterly sales targets, and collaborate closely with marketing and senior management to drive business growth. While this position does not manage a team, it plays a critical role in the sales process, from lead qualification to supporting deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads in Arabic and English. Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers within targeted organizations by understanding their unique needs, industry context, and pain points to align our solutions effectively.
• Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups to nurture leads until they are sales-qualified. Maintain precise records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM systems. Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators, including outreach attempts, meetings set, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team by providing actionable feedback to improve sales strategies and outreach effectiveness.
• Assist senior management during negotiation phases and support the deal closure and contract finalization processes.
• Uphold persistence, resilience, and professionalism to contribute to Recruit AI's growth objectives.
