Job summary

Savvital is seeking an experienced Applied Epic Insurance Associate to support daily operations in a Property & Casualty insurance agency. You will manage client records, COIs, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing within Applied Epic.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Applied Epic experience in a professional insurance setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven tasks while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Applied Epic with hands-on use in a working insurance agency.
• Experience in managing client records, policy files, COIs, endorsements, renewals, and servicing workflows.
• Understanding of P&C insurance operations and high-volume processing.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and maintain client accounts, policy files, activity logs, and documentation in Applied Epic.
• Prepare, issue, track, and follow up on certificates of insurance (COIs).
• Process policy endorsements and update client information to keep records current.
• Obtain quotes, coordinate with carriers, and assist with insurance proposals.
• Monitor renewals, gather updates, coordinate with carriers, and maintain renewal docs.
• Maintain digital records and utilize Applied Epic reporting features.
• Support producers and account managers with calendars, follow-ups, and tasks.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
