Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist to support a US-based insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Personal Lines insurance, quoting across multiple carrier platforms, and handling day-to-day policy administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and policy documentation.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate policy records.
• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to policy-related inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entry.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance requests while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Ability to work US business hours (schedule to be confirmed).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance.
• Experience handling renewals, cancellations, endorsements, payments, and COIs.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance agency management systems.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with quoting multiple insurance carriers.
• Experience in policy servicing and back-office insurance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a US-based insurance agency.
• Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, or similar platforms.
• Customer service or call center experience within the insurance industry.
