Job summary

LeanOps seeks a Client Relations Associate to provide professional, responsive support to an insurance client. The role blends customer service, admin coordination, documentation, and follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient daily operations.

No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers professionally through phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions and requests with timely, accurate, and helpful information.
• Assist customers with updates, follow-ups, documentation, and routine service requests.
• Build positive customer relationships and consistently represent the client with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and policy information across relevant systems.
• Complete routine administrative tasks, data entry, document handling, and record updates.
• Ensure information is organized, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
• Follow established processes and complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
• Assist with basic insurance-related activities such as policy changes, renewals, documentation, and quotes as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to support customer requests.
• Escalate complex issues or exceptions to the appropriate team members when required.
• Follow client procedures and maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling customer and policy information.
• Work closely with team members and client stakeholders to resolve requests and maintain service quality.
• Learn and follow client-specific systems, workflows, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
