Job summary

Edge is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Support Specialist to support a US-based insurance agency. This remote, full-time role requires experience with Personal Lines, carrier quoting, and day-to-day policy administration.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage policy records and inquiries. Ideal candidates will handle renewals, COIs, and payments while coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, accurate service

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Personal Lines Insurance.
Experience quoting across multiple carriers and handling renewals, endorsements, payments, and COIs.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

Process new business, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Assist with COIs and policy documentation.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate policy records.
Answer inbound calls and respond to policy inquiries.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entry.
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests while maintaining compliance.
