As Commercial Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will support a U.S.-based commercial insurance team, handling policy documentation, data entry, COIs, endorsements, renewal prep and back-office workflows using Applied Epic and carrier portals.

This full-time remote role requires hands-on Applied Epic experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Applied Epic is required.
• Commercial Lines insurance experience is required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial policies, coverages, endorsements, and ACORD forms.
• Experience with major U.S. insurance carrier portals.
• Ability to process COIs, endorsements, and renewal docs.
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume accurate data entry in Applied Epic.
• Pull policy documents and loss runs from carrier portals and update Epic records.
• Maintain audit-ready commercial insurance records.
• Issue and manage COIs and Evidence of Property forms.
• Build and maintain commercial account schedules.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewal documentation.
• Verify exposure data, policy limits, and premium information.
• Prepare End-of-Day reports showing completed and pending tasks.
