Job summary

RediRecruit Talent Partners is seeking an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to manage Amazon and eBay stores, handling product research, hunting, listing optimization, and daily marketplace operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to identify profitable products, improve store performance, and support sustainable business growth. On-site, full-time role with base salary + commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay stores.
• Proven experience in product hunting, product research, and market analysis.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, listing optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Experience evaluating product demand, competition, pricing, and profitability.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
• Proficiency in product research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Zik Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon and eBay seller accounts.
• Conduct product hunting and market research to identify profitable product opportunities.
• Analyze product demand, competition, pricing, profit margins, and sales potential.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with effective titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, and overall store performance.
• Track sales trends, product performance, and marketplace metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
• Monitor account health, marketplace policies, and listing compliance.
• Identify underperforming products and recommend improvements based on data.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, product research, profitability, and store performance.
