Job summary

DBS Solutions is seeking an Amazon & Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay. The role focuses on listing optimization, SEO, PPC campaigns, and performance analysis to drive sales growth while maintaining strong account health.

You will handle inventories, forecasts, order processing, and customer queries, collaborating with marketing and design teams to boost visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist / Marketplace Manager.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of multiple marketplace platforms.
• Experience with listing optimization, A+ content, storefront management (Amazon).
• Solid understanding of PPC advertising and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for each marketplace.
• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries professionally.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
• Track competitors, pricing trends, and marketplace updates to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve product visibility and sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
• Experience with listing optimization, A+ content, and storefront management (Amazon).

• Experience with international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, AU).
• Knowledge of FBA, FBM, WFS, and third-party fulfillment models.
• Experience with pricing tools, inventory management software, and automation tools.
• Understanding of brand registry, IP protection, and listing suppression recovery.
