Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including clear communication and a helpful approach to resolving enquiries.
• Comfort using computers and ticketing or reservation systems; willingness to learn the employer's tools.
• Good organization and time management when handling multiple enquiries and bookings.
• Careful recordkeeping and attention to detail in transaction documentation.
• Prior air-ticketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries about flight options, schedules, fares, and ticket availability.
• Prepare, reserve, issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets in accordance with airline rules and customer requirements.
• Check passenger details and booking information carefully to help prevent errors.
