OS Travel & Tours in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is seeking a seasoned Ticketing Officer with hands-on experience in air ticketing, fare calculations, and ticket issuance. You will handle domestic and international reservations, issue and re-issue tickets, and ensure accuracy in passenger and booking details.

Role is full-time, on-site with a morning shift. The position offers a competitive PKR salary plus performance-based commissions and opportunities to work with airlines and travel suppliers.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in air ticketing and reservations.
• Knowledge of GDS or reservation systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or similar.
• Experience with ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, refunds and client dealing.
• Good English communication and client-handling skills.
• Good computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticketing inquiries and reservations.
• Prepare quotations and provide clients with suitable flight options.
• Make and manage flight reservations accurately.
• Issue, re-issue, revalidate and cancel air tickets according to airline policies.
• Check flight schedules, availability, fares and applicable rules.
• Handle ticket changes, refunds and related airline procedures.
• Guide clients regarding baggage allowances, fare conditions and travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets and client information.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers and internal team members when required.
• Follow up with clients regarding bookings and payment confirmations.
• Ensure accuracy in passenger and booking details.

About the Role
