The role requires a strong technical background in AI and extensive project management experience in software/AI projects, with emphasis on governance, quality, stakeholder alignment, and ethical considerations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 9–10 years in software development with AI project delivery.
• Experience leading industrial-grade AI projects and Agile adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee SDLC, risk management, and quality assurance in AI initiatives.
• Mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and promote responsible AI practices.
• Align project goals with business objectives and compliance in healthcare AI.
