Job summary

CureMD in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep Agile/Scrum experience, servant leadership, and ability to mentor Scrum Masters. You will manage backlogs, facilitate events, and align stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Engineering, Management Sciences, or other relevant degree.
• Proven track record delivering software in Agile environments.
• 9–10 years in Software Development/IT.
• Experience leading Scrum teams and adopting Scrum values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader to teams, protecting from interruptions and aligning with Product Owner.
• Promote transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across the program.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and assist Product Owner with backlog management.
• Manage Scrum teams delivering software using Agile methodology, tracking velocity and milestones.
• Identify risks and impediments, coordinating with PMO, IT, HR, and other departments.
