CureMD in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive execution to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep Agile/Scrum experience, servant leadership, and ability to mentor Scrum Masters. You will manage backlogs, facilitate events, and align stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer, Engineering, Management Sciences, or other relevant degree.
Proven track record delivering software in Agile environments.
9–10 years in Software Development/IT.
Experience leading Scrum teams and adopting Scrum values.

Responsibilities

Serve as a servant leader to teams, protecting from interruptions and aligning with Product Owner.
Promote transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across the program.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and assist Product Owner with backlog management.
Manage Scrum teams delivering software using Agile methodology, tracking velocity and milestones.
Identify risks and impediments, coordinating with PMO, IT, HR, and other departments.
