CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring scope, time, and budget are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide Scrum ceremonies, and coach Agile practices to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in software development, strong leadership, and the ability to manage stakeholders and risks across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in software/IT related field and SDLC knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering software in Agile environments.
• CSM certification is required; SAFe experience preferred.
• 10+ years of software development/PM experience; leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from conception to delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and protect the team from interruptions.
• Maintain and groom product backlogs; ensure readiness for next sprints.
• Coach teams in Agile practices; promote continuous improvement.
• Identify risks/impediments and coordinate with PMO/IT/HR for removal.
• Monitor team velocity and ensure effective backlog planning.
