CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a Director of Engineering to own strategy and execution across Development, Databases, DevOps, Security, and VoIP. You will mentor managers and engineers, provide hands-on technical guidance on ASP.NET/.NET, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable technology platforms aligned with CureMD’s product priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with 6–8+ years in senior leadership roles
• Hands-on knowledge of ASP.NET/.NET and enterprise architecture
• Experience in cloud, security, and HIPAA/healthcare IT preferred

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery across development, databases, DevOps, security, and VoIP
• Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering organization of managers and engineers
• Provide architectural direction and hands-on guidance on the .NET stack
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery with product and QA for quality and cadence
• Oversee database architecture, performance, availability, and disaster recovery
• Advance DevOps maturity: CI/CD, automation, containerization, release engineering
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Define and track engineering KPIs and report to CIO/senior leadership
• Drive project/program management across initiatives and budgets
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems
• Evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and quality
• Partner with HR on hiring, performance, and career development
