Job summary

CureMD Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking an Associate Clinical Consultant to transform patient care through AI-driven EMR solutions. The role blends evidence-based content development, workflow optimization, and collaborative problem-solving to advance healthcare delivery.

You'll develop clinical content, analyze workflows, and work with EMR and AI teams to integrate intelligent workflows, while training clinicians and stakeholders to maximize system impact and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBBS from an HEC recognized university.
• Familiar with EMR systems and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and SNOMED CT terminologies.
• Experience in clinical research, data analysis, and content development.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• 2–3 years in a similar EMR/healthcare technology role; US healthcare familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical content, including treatment pathways, order sets, and templates.
• Analyze workflows to identify improvements and apply AI-enhanced solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure content is evidence-based and current.
• Work with EMR and AI teams to integrate content and workflows.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for content and workflows.
• Provide training and support to clinicians on content and workflows.
• Partner with healthcare professionals and agile teams to enhance modules.
• Drive improvements in patient care and decision support through digital health initiatives.
