Job summary

Get Licensed is seeking a tech-first, AI-savvy HR Business Partner to lead HR operations, recruitment, performance management and engagement for the Pakistan team and UK-facing activities.

You’ll partner with managers to automate processes via Claude, ChatGPT and others, maintain HRIS records, and coordinate payroll aspects while driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience across operations, recruitment and engagement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Tech-first, AI-savvy approach and openness to new tools.
• Familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT for reusable assistants and workflows.
• Hands-on with HRIS, data analysis and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of Pakistan employment requirements and local labour laws.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Keep HR operations organised: records, contracts, policies, attendance and leave.
• Lead recruitment from brief to joining and offer management.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction and 30-/60-/90-day check-ins.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews and KPIs.
• Drive culture, engagement, and internal communications.
• Automate HR processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits queries with Finance.
• Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
