Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations or project management in a product-led organisation.
• Hands-on with product tooling (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
• Proven experience using AI to automate workflows.
• Comfort working with product data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and run core product operations processes: roadmap tracking, planning cycles, reporting and delivery rituals.
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock them; use AI to automate workflows.
• Support OKRs, user research, QA planning, and product health activities.
• Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering and other functions to align goals and timelines.
