Job summary

HireHive is seeking a Business Analyst in Lahore to serve as the bridge between clients and project teams, translating business needs into data-driven and AI-powered use cases. You will coordinate with data engineers, modelers, and scientists to align architectures with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and excellent communication. Agile experience and certifications are a plus in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of agile project management.
• Experience in data science or ML projects is a plus.
• Relevant trainings and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients and project resources.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Transform requirements into data-driven AI use cases.
• Collaborate with tech leads to devise data architectures.
• Coordinate with data engineers to align architectures.
• Work with data modelers to build data models.
• Partner with data scientists to implement AI use cases.
• Assist QA to ensure data architectures are tested.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros).
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as required.
• Provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Document user manuals and training materials.
