INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, driving end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding.

You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and help build a robust talent pipeline across industries while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience with focus on technical recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and recruitment databases.
• Review CVs and applications, prepare shortlists for hiring managers, and coordinate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth documentation and access for new joiners.
