Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong mastery of Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and related patterns.
• Experience with frontier and open-source models and production scaling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-enabled software at production scale with high impact.
• Guide a small team of AI engineers while remaining hands-on.
• Mentor engineers, maintain coding standards, and ensure reliability.
