Job summary

We seek a Project Management and Operations lead who can own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, combining governance with real AI-driven tool-building to streamline workflows.

You will coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, Engineering, and Leadership, driving plans, schedules, and dependencies while proactively managing risks

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex, concurrent projects or programmes.
• Strong dependency, RAID, and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to run operational coordination end-to-end.
• Comfortable challenging timelines and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on skill building AI-powered internal tools or automations.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
• Drive projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Maintain RAID logs and resolve blockers before timelines.
• Coordinate projects across multiple departments and leadership.
• Provide weekly visibility with dashboards and risk reporting.
• Build internal tools and automations with AI assistance.
