Job summary

CureMD is seeking an experienced Project Manager (AI) to lead major AI initiatives within the AI division. You will oversee development and implementation, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery with strong quality and responsible AI practices.

The role requires a technical AI background, extensive project management experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex, innovative solutions. On-site in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Solid understanding of SDLC and related processes.
Proven track record delivering software in Agile environments.
9–10 years experience in software development.
At least 2 years managing AI projects.
Experience coaching Scrum teams and product owners.
Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Strong ability to communicate Agile concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership in AI projects and guiding technical direction.
Oversee planning, execution, monitoring and project closure within scope and budget.
Lead and mentor project teams to ensure required skills align with client needs.
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align goals.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on AI technologies and best practices.
Efficiently allocate technical resources across projects.
Ensure high standards of quality and responsible AI practices.
Promote transparency and velocity tracking using Agile metrics.
