Job summary

Digifloat is seeking an AI/ML Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions across multiple business functions. You will lead a team of AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps engineers, and AI developers to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role combines technical excellence with people leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement to define the organization's AI roadmap, establish governance, and ensure production-ready, scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/ML/DS/SE or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Minimum 3+ years leading AI/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's AI and ML strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and identify opportunities delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with executives to develop long-term AI roadmaps and innovations.
• Establish governance, frameworks, and best practices for AI development.
• Mentor and develop a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Manage multi-project delivery from concept to deployment.
