People Perfect in Lahore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive solar solutions growth. You will lead field sales, build dealer networks, and expand brand presence across key markets, coordinating with installers and EPCs to close opportunities.

The role demands strong communication, strategic negotiation, market analysis, and travel. You will mentor the field team, report weekly results, and coordinate with marketing to boost promotions and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales, B2B sales, or field marketing.
• Strong understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential dealers, installers, EPC contractors, and B2B customers.
• Generate qualified leads across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
• Maintain an accurate lead pipeline and coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, installers, and other channel partners.
• Provide product information and basic technical guidance to customers and partners while coordinating after-sales support when required.
• Monitor competitor activities, including products, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and share insights with management.
• Execute local marketing and brand awareness activities, including promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers to expand the company's presence.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market reports with performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Lead, train, and supervise the field sales team, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
