Job summary

Taraki Technologies is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage payables and invoice processing, with a preference for candidates from logistics-related sectors. The role emphasizes accuracy, reconciliation, and timely financial closure.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Com or BBA in Accounting & Finance, demonstrates strong Excel proficiency, and can support branch and head office activities across cargo and fleet payables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance (B.Com or BBA).
• Experience in payables and invoice processing.
• Logistics/cargo/fleet industry experience will be preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices
• Reconcile vendor invoices with fleet records and payment details
• Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process inefficiencies
• Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise analysis
• Support monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables
• Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Support process training and other tasks assigned by the manager
