Job summary

PostEx is hiring an Accounts Executive at Lahore Head Office to manage payables and invoice processing for cargo and fleet operations.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Com or BBA in Accounting & Finance and brings experience with payables, invoicing and Excel. You will apply strong reconciliation and analytical skills to support monthly cargo and fleet payables and help identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• B.Com or BBA in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience in payables and invoice processing.
• Logistics/cargo/fleet industry experience preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with fleet records and payment details.
• Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise analysis.
• Support monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables.
• Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support process training and other tasks assigned by the manager.
